What is rewarding to you?

I am a little curious on how you mom's out there, reward yourself after a busy week of work at the office and after a day's work in the kitchen.Being a mom is a great responsibility and sometimes, i just wonder how do other moms like me cope up with being a homemaker and a career woman all at the same time.For me it is such a pleasure being a homemaker and a provider at the same time. But, there are times that i feel i have to reward myself for all my efforts.Having the chance to grab and read the newspaper after breakfast on Sundays is rewarding enough for me. Or being able to have a couple of hours to sit on my rocking chair and read a good book is another reward for me. What about you moms out there. Sorry, the same goes for dads too. You are welcome to respond, if you like. How do you reward yourself?

Being a working Mom is a tough job but I find it so fulfilling despite the hardships involve. And yes it's stressful at times and takes a lot of effort to get going. But thank God there are ways of coping and of course there are times for rewarding myself. My reward to myself is going to the parlor and have my footspa and pedicure or manicure. Also some hair trim and hair spa. Another very relaxing reward is going to the spa. It makes me so rejuvenated after the whole procedure. It's just costly but I think I deserve it. After all I am a mother, a wife, and a careerwoman.

Yes, besides being a mom we are career women and yes we deserve a little pampering. Like a manicure and pedicure, a footspa, a hair trim and hair spa as well. I have never tried going to the spa, i bet it is really relaxing. Thanks friend and take care always!

yes, that is nice but again i agree with you it is kind of expensive going to the saloon. but once in a while we must indulge ourselves, we can call it our "me" time but then again, browsing on the net can be quite relaxing and rewarding too. hope you are enjoying yourself now....take care and thanks!
