according to some studies, consuming a diet high in fruits and vegetables is associated with lower risks for numerous chronic diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disease. for fruits, strawberries is one of the best source of anti oxidant and carrots for vegetables.my aunt was diagnosed to have a breast cancer, she would wake up late at night or early in the morning for the pain that she's suffering due to her disease. her doctor advised her to have a fruit and vegetable diet. she made carrot juice and serves it as water, she would only cook vegetable every meal. she's advise not to eat meat or beef for it could trigger more cancer cells..now, she graduated on her 6-session chemotheraphy..the doctor said that she's recovering though not totally healed yet, and fruits and vegetables really helped her.

I think going to the nature is the best remedy to all problems.Natural foods like fruits and vegetables are good for heath and keeps away from all diseases.If we eat fruits and vegetables with more fiber content,it can cure many diseases.
