how to connect a laptop to a tv

i have a basic 20" tv with 3 of those red white and yellow ports. i allready have my xbox hooked up to it but i was wondering if i can get a cable that can connect a VGA outut port to a red white and yellow port. if you know a site where i can get one of these please post the link.

actually you will just need an SVGA connector i believe theres a SVGA port on your NB, please check also your TV if its capable of SVGA connection and you can connect your TV to ur NB, or you can also TV tuner but it more expensive

you will need a tv tuner card or something that converts your video out port or external monitor port over to an analog signal. with out that your tv will not display what is on your computer screen.
