I always want my chicken deep fried with some bead crumbs and flour. I also couple it with potatoes and Yummy I have my meal. Chicken is one rich source of protein. The body needs it, but for those with high cholesterol, the skin should not be eaten.
What about you? How do you like your chicken?

I like chicken a lot. I want it roasted, fried, adobo style, with curry, etc. I like it in any way it is cooked. But my favorite is the roasted chicken. I will be missing the chicken 'coz I'm not to eat chicken already. I have asthma and allergic to chicken. As much as I want to eat chicken, I can't 'coz I will be having an asthma attack. Now it's fish, veggies, fish and veggies for me..... ;(

I love with it the fry style as well. I love to eat it with a whole bunch of catsup. Sometimes, I also like it flavored with soy sauce or patis. hahahaha.. (How the hell should I translate PATIS in english?... lol...)

I do not fry my chicken, I will eat fried chicken from KFC, but I always take the skin off.
I like my chicken baked or roasted, or grilled. If I buy chicken with the skin on, I will cook it that way for the flavor, but take it off before I eat it. Today, I am fixing a roasted chicken, but for the first time, I will be doing it in my turbo cooker. Hope it turns out okay.
