I feel cheated by alterbux

I had joined the PTC named alterbux.altervista about 2 weeks back. I was very promising as the minimum payout was $1.5. But, when I logged into it yesterday the minimum payout had been changed to $4.95. I am very frustrated and angry by these tactics. Does anyone out there know the reason why? Are there anyone like me who joined alterbux for the low minimum payout.

this happen to me also but with sites that say that they pay 20 cents and now they are on $1 minimum ... im just wondering how long will remain there ... i think that this happens becouse there are ower 1.000 members so at the start nobody is not earning enough to cashout but after couple days everybody is earned minimum and what the money so there are big job to do for the admin
