I have two German Shepherds

I have ordered a true GSD puppy. Both parents are obedience and protection trained. I intend to have my puppy obedience and protection trained. This would be my second GSD. My first GSD took about a couple of weeks to house break. He would stand by the door, make a puppy cry to invite me to take him out to releive himself. When he got bored, he used to bring one Whenever the doorbell rang, he became very protective by rushing to the door abd barking out loud. Yes they are very intelligent and loving. I don't think I can live without a GSD in my house.

I adore my German Shepherds. I have two - an 11 year old long-haired and a 10 month old short haired. They're so beautiful, friendly, happy and intelligent that I can't understand why anyone would want to get any other kind of dog. They can be very easy to train if you're willing to be dominant and persistant. But if you don't know what you're doing, a German Shepherd dog will walk all over you. They're so clever that if you set them challenges and tasks, they love it so much and it makes them so pleased when they figure it out that I'm forever trying to find new things to challenge them with. I love them to bits.

i do not own a german shepherd. but it is my mom who always want to have one. she says that german sheperds are one of the most intelligent dogs in the world. not only they can do tricks but they are considered as one of the best guard dogs there is. so, one day, i hope to buy my mom the german shepherd she wishes to have.

I too heard alot about german shepards they are very intelligent dogs...
