Jogging in the Morning or Evening??

Hi friend, yesterday my family doctor suggested to go for jogging daily. But now i have a doubt. When i have to go for jogging, Morning or Evening?? And why Morning or Evening??? Please give me suggetion to me then it's easy for me to decide the time.

A lot of people say to do it in the morning to get u going for the day, but I would think if u did it in the afternoon your body would be more warmed up so you would be less likely to damage your joints when jogging.
Of course it also depends on your time - I'm always running late for work as it is because I am not a morning person, so I would have 2 try the afternoon.

Woowww you are really special friend that you suggested in the way that no body did like this. Ya but i don't have time to go for jogging on that time but afternoon full of hot then it's really difficult to do that one. Any way thank you for giving special suggetion to me friend.

I think for jogging is better at morning around 5am to 7am because the air is still fresh and hasn't been polluted by any vehicles. Mostly people in my country do their jogging on morning. Beside that they usually have sport at 5pm evening but not jogging. Maybe do a little exercise, mostly they do is step on small stone. In my place the people sure that step on small stone, it can give healthy for them. The small stone is like this one area maybe 4 metres cement it and put a huge of little some on it.

Thanks for giving the suggetion friend. Ya offcourse morning is better than evening i think so. And i will get time for jogging but not for evening becuase of my beasy schedule in the evening. Happy Mylotting.

Ya friend, thats right. Morning whether is good compared to evening and also having no tension. Fully fresh air good for health to move for jogging. Happy Mylotting.

It really depends on your schedule. I jog in the morning a lot due to time issues, but if I could more often, I would in the evening. I just enjoy it more, and my body feels more ready to work out then. It takes me a while to get moving in the AM

Hi friend, ya that's right because if some body is having night shift work some body day shift. so it's easy to go for jogging according to their schedule. Thanks for replying happy mylotting.

Hi friend, according their convinient the people will go for jogging. There is no ristriction for that one. I will try to move morning itself because of my beasy schedule in the evening i won't get time to go for walk also. Thanks for replying to my discussion.

Ohhh... But the thing is evening i will come from office so fully in tension to reach my home after that not possible to go jogging because my friends will come and we will move out side for some other work. So morning will be the best fully free and nice to walking or jogging. Any way thanks for replying friend.

Dear friend,
I hope jogging in the morning is good and it also depends at what time one is able to jog too. But mostly jogging in the morning could make the whole day more refreshed and healthy as I do have most of days. I tried to jog during evening but mostly I get tired after my office work so I shifted to morning and it gave a nice refreshing feeling whole day. Hence I hope it would be better to jog in the morning. Also the morning air is much fresh too.

Ya friend, i also think about to go jogging in the morning it's good for health and we are tension free on that time. And we will be in fresh mood and we can do further works with very fresh mind without fail. Happy Mylotting.

Hello,Chandu! Actually morning time is the ideal time for any sort of exercise as at that time you will get the fresh air to breath and you possess that much energy you required for jogging or exercising.After finishing your jogging take your bath and eat a balanced breakfast of your choice and start your day's works.If possible you may even go for a jogging exercise in the evening,no harm.but it depends on your allocation of time.thanx.

depends on your available time..there is no difference in night or day as long as you are jogging and completing your required exercise..^_^

I prefer to jog in the morning, but that is when I am available mostly and in my opinion, I think its more safer then jogging in the evening and you also get a good start for your day in the morning.
