is relax the only way to be happy?

as to me ,relax,as well as work,play an important role in my life . I am nearly mad when need to work,and lazy,even out of your imagination,when I am free.I 'd like to have an deep sleep in the wekend,and do a lots of execises as a way to relax myself!! I am happy both in work or execises!

Everyone is different from each other. People have their own way and different ways of being happy. For some, it is when they relax, and others don't. It depends on what type of person you are, in my opinion.
