Why Women Love Jerks?

Very true. I've been attracted to several jerks and known they were until later on in the relationship. The thing with me is I have a lot of insecurities, as I'm sure most women do. I thik we tend to fall for those guys who do very well in making us feel beautiful and sexy, and so begins the "seduction". Their true colors don't show until they're sure they've reeled you in for good. Maybe I sound a bit bitter but what more can you expect of someone who just got out of a relationship in which she got dumped for another? .

I think you're correct. I've fallen for several jerks. Of course at the time I wasn't aware they were jerks until after the fact. Little things here and there started showing me. I think for women it's about the challenge. We want to be that one girl who he'll change for. Thing is he'll never change. A jerk is a jerk forever. They're selfish and only care about themselves and they don't care who they hurt along the way. Luckily I didn't marry one. My husband can have his moments but overall he's as sweet as can be. I think the older I get the more observant I've become. I can tell in an instant from meeting someone if I will get along with them or not. I did not have that ability when I was younger.
