what is the preferred time for you to read?

well i don't have any specific time for reading or anything of that sort. since reading is my hobby i try squeezing this activity in between work... like when i am traveling from house to work or coming back home, or on weekends.

I like to read in my spare time when I am not working or at school, basically anytime that I am not busy or on mylot haha. But I definitely like to read when I am traveling like during long car rides and long plane trips like the eight hour one I am having in December. I usually don't read before bed because I am always too tired right before I go to sleep, I like to be full of energy so I can comprehend everything that there is to understand.

Dear friend, Even though I do not read much, still at times I do read while travelling or may if need at home while sitting alone. The most I read are newspapers and some magazines and mostly I do not read at night other than during my exam days or for preparation to exam reading only.

I dont get a lot of time to read but I do prefer evening for reading. It helps clear my mind of what is going on and puts me in another world for a short time.

I have no definite time to read. I read as and when I find time. But I never start a book before going to bed because it keeps me awake. May be exact opposite to you

I also read at night.It is usually right before i go to sleep so i can get tired. Even if i read sometime in the afternoon ill just curl up and take a nap because it makes me so sleepy.

I can read anytime of the day. What seems to matter more is where I am not what time it is. To really get into the reading I need to be alone and somewhere that I won't get distracted by other people or things going on around me. I can read inside or out and the place or time doesn't really seem to matter as long as it is quiet. The one place I absolutely can not stand to read though is in the car. Maybe it is a form of motion sickness or something but I always hate reading while riding in the car.
