That's probably because you are an introvert. Extrovert will turn oustide and pretend everything is brilliant. They even laugh and everything but inside they burst. I think these people are more affected by depression than people like you. At least you give your depression time to pass. Don't worry too much and you'll cheer up in your own time.

yah you're right everything will just pass..if 2day i'm sad the next day i'll be fine..you know women are naturally emotional it's my struggle.

i am struggling from 1 and half year in india.
to become an actor.
still i dont get job.
and in this time i was pass through opretion,weckness,many mnay problem.
but i am still search for work,
and i never tired from them.

why not try a diff kind of job...how bout being writer or a director at least u still get to be in the same line of industry... how bout doing some self inventory...try to see ur qualities, skills that u are good at... go for ur goal ..read the alchemist by paulo coehlo..

I have suffered from both depression and severe anxiety. For me, the anxiety attacks are worse than the depression. I took medication for a long time and it seemed to help a lot but there were certain other problems I had (like irrational fears I would develop) that the medicine didn't help. I think you are smart to read your Bible and pray. Somtimes we forget how important that is.
