My throat is so sore eating hurts, drinking hurts, my ear feels infected, fever, it's hard to stand..........grrrrrrrrr.........I feel like an 18-wheeler ran me over then threw it in reverse and backed up over me to make sure it did a good job! It's not a flu, doesn't feel like a flu, feels like a sore throat with a vengance, like my throat is infected or something........ I'm starting to take garlic tablets (since garlic is a natual antibiotic) and Vitamin C tablets (rose hips is the main ingrediant in them) hoping it'll help me feel better faster, I normally turn to herbal things before normal meds because the herbal meds normally help without any side effects. I guess I'll know if it's helping by tommorrow morning, I'm really hoping to avoid a doctor office trip because something about modern medicine I'm just not comfortable with. I just hope my herbal treatments don't let me down, they haven't in the past and I just hope they don't give out on me now........ Goodness, I haven't felt this bad since I was a kid!

This sounds really bad, but I would intentionally buy the drowsy formulas of cold medicine and knock myself out with it while I'm sick. I feel so much better when I wake up. Sleeping is the BEST thing you can do when you're sick!

Hi victoria, You poor thing, hope you will feeling ok soon, I always sip ginger tea. I grate or chop root ginger and pour boiling water just like you'r makiong tea and sip it works wonders for me. I don't use any medical product because to me they make me feel worse and other thing I have is ginger and honey and that is very nice. Get well soon.Blessed Be. Tamara
