Oh yes, I would still work. But if I won the lottery I would work for myself and not someone else. I would open up my own buissnes and work at my own place. I would also do a lot of charity work like helping families of need here in the states.

Dear friend, Yes, I may go and work I do not want to miss my boss and my staffs and friends I want to work with them as usual may be my life styles may change but my friends and relationships with them I would like to remain as before. Moreover I may try to invest the money from where I could get much of better returns and also would do some social and charitable works and also help my friends and relatives if they need any financial assistance.

Mayeb, maybe not. I mean if I had that kind of money and could invest it and pay off all of our debt; I wouldn't have to work. My husband could go to school full time and get the career he has always wanted, I could be a stay at home mom.

I work for myself, so I'd probably employ people to run my business for me. I'd still have to work though ... I have a family ... lol. It would be very nice not to have to think twice about spending money.

if i had won the lottery when i was still able to work knowing me i would have kept on working. i felt an obligation to my customer, had been doing their hair for years & they didn't think anybody else could do it. lol it's been going on 4 years since i had to quit & i'm still hearing tails about their hair & who's doing it.so i'm pretty sure i'd still be working.

Since I don't work outside the home that one is easy for me. I would not work. hahaha As for my husband, he would be able to retire and we could do then what we would like to do. We would also be able to help out children and grandchildren out. It is so nice to dream isn't it?

Nope...I'd become one of the idle rich. I've worked hard all my life for peanuts and I'm tired. The lions share of the money would go into trust for my family, I'd buy 80 acres on the N.California coast and I'd fish and smoke pot for the rest of my days. I'm almost 60 and I am beat.

This is a very good question! If it was one of the big ones I don't think that I would STOP working but I might take quite an extended vacation. Once that vacation was done I would probably go back to work, possibly dropping down to part time only. I think it would be wonderful to not have to work a job but I am someone that tends to get bored VERY easily so once you got over all of the initial excitement of winning the lottery I'd want to sort of resume a normal life. I can't ever see myself being someone to stay at home all day and do absolutely nothing. It's also possible too I would quit my normal job and maybe pick up something more exciting, working at some place I have always wanted but could never justify it because it didn't pay well enough. For example, I've always wanted to be a life guard working for Disney. Whether it be at one of the hotel pools or at the water park I think it would just be fun. Plus I could yell at kids all day and that would make me REALLY happy as kids are not my most favorite people in the world. ;o) How about you? What would YOU do?!

No I would not. Not where I am working now, I wouldn't sit down for I have been working too long to do nothing, but I would not work as hard as I am now. The company I work for put me on the graveyard shift back in April, and didn't give me no choice, no warning nothing either go or go out the door your choice, it is to many people out their that want a job.

even if i won the lottery i still have to work. what i will do with my winning money,i'll put up my own restaurant. Coz i love cooking and manage my own restau someday. because the money itself the i won, after few months it will be gone, but if i invested that million on some business and properties, definitely i can double and probably triple that money that i won.im still healthy, strong and young to explore the world around and earn.

I would still work but I wouldn't have the same job. I would own my own business and have employees so that I could work when I wanted to. maybe I would be the only employee who knows. I would have to do something though or I would get bored. I have a lot of interests and having my own store where money wasn't the primary goal would be cool.

I work in retail, and it isn't fun at all. So if I won a large amount on the lottery, I would definitely quit my existing job. I don't think I would enjoy a life of complete idleness for long though, I think I'd probably do some volunteering, or enrol in a university course or something to keep myself busy.
