wat should i do to loose weight??

hello magna86,
welcome to our world LOL
kidding aside, my hubby and i are both in the process of losing weight.
my hubby basically gain weight coz of what i feed him (i believe) coz i seem to serve a lot on our meal time.
now what i do is the following for both of us:
1. serve breakfast (breakfast if very important meal so make sure you are having a good amount of it) if you dont like breakfast (i know some dont) try to eat a piece of egg or a few bites of bread or a few slices of fruits or a small cup of cereals.
2. an hour before our big meal (lunch and dinner) i give serve him a small plate of fruits. one forth of each - apple, orange, banana and or 7 pieces of grapes.
having this fruits before meal helps your digestive track for feeling a little full by the time you need to eat the heavy meal - in our experience it works.
3. if you are not a fan of any fruits try to eat fresh veggies or a small salad then.
4. doctors have said that eating a few every now and then (3 hours interval) will help you lose weight. remember few means 4 bites the most if its a heavy meal you are eating.
5. walking 30 minutes around the home helps a lot. it is already a form of exercise so you dont have to worry if you dont go to gym or do a run or walk outside.
6. if you are eating outside, try to share with your hubby or someone you have at that time. if you dont have anybody, eat only half and bring home the rest. this will make your body accustomed of eating less only over time.
7. DONT deprive yourself with something you want to eat. you have to understand the psychology of WANT. the more you deprive yourself of something you want the more you will want to eat it and once you eat it - the tendency is to eat more than what you usually does.
the technique is, eat those that makes you happy BUT make sure that you only have it in half. just to have the taste of it and remove the cravings in our mouth and mind.
once you get use to it make the half another half (one forth) and over time you will just have a bite (a taste of it) and no longer crave for it that much.
this are the only once i can tell coz this is what we are doing and it is working with us.
i cannot say other weight loss program as i dont believe on short cuts.

less carbs more meat is the best way to start a diet. no matter how big your meat meal is it wont matter as it is digest easy and it is more protein than carbs.

LOL, a few pain i guess haha!
you're very much welcome, i hope that the post i made can really make a difference not only in your weight but as well as in life. they said if you feel better you see more positive outlook so that is a good thing.
i honestly feel that eating less every now and then is the easiest way to lose weight than to compute the calories and or follow a certain diet patch.
oh well, just keep it up you'll get there.

Like me, I also having hard time to lose weight... I'm 65kgs at age of 22 and 5'6 in height... Altthough some says that I'm not that fat but chubby, I want to lose weight... I tried lots of diet pills and I also tried going to gym. All of that works but when I stopped, I gained again... I think the best thing I can advice is you should have discipline if you really want to lose weight and not gained again. If you have discipline to your self, It's so easy to achieve your ideal weight and figure!!! Don't also forget to exercise for 10-15mins everyday... You can do it at the sametime cleaning your home!

simple a balance diet and regular exercise will keep that weight off.you can also take weigh loss supplements such as hydroxycut which you can get at most pharmacy or any local GNCstore

Just moderate eating and you'd soon loose weight. After eating, don't immediately seat on your computer seat. Stand for about 10 minutes before seating down. Fatty foods are no no. Also, exercise would really help. Do badminton or biking every after noon.

Hi. Well, even my weight is closer to yours(68). We should first try to eat fods taht contain less calories and also burn existing calories(i.e fat).
But you should not starve for that.
Some foods are
apple, beet, berries, broccoli,cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili,cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit,lemon, mango, onion, orange, papaya,pineapple, spinach, turnip, zucchini, etc.
Foods rich in vitamin C r those containing fiber are good examples of foods that burn fat.Vitamin C is especially helpful because it dilutes or liquefies fat.
Have lot of lime juice or oranges or oats(rich in fiber) daily.
This wil gradually reduce your weight for sure.

Hi. Nice to meet you here. Ok. First of all becareful with your regular meals. Eat what you want in the morning then eat less on the afternoon and night time dont eat too heavy foods. Try to do more exercise that can help you sweat. Besides eat an apple half an hour before you have you dinner. Green apple can help to digest. Dont eat too much rice and eat more vegetables. If you are able to get time to attend yoga class it can helps you too. Dont ever try any medicine that can help you loose weight. It maybe will bring some side effect to your health. What I will only to tell you is that slimming and exercise are the wisest choice about loosing weight! among all sports,I suppose swimming and rope skipping.Rope skipping 5 minutes is equal to jogging 30 kilometers. At the same time,slimming is also wonderful!IF you can't eat less in the morning and at noon,eating less in the supper is necessary!
