I don't know. It will probably twice as stressful than my life is now. And I'm not looking forward to having more stress. I always think about my future and it makes me sad. I honestly don't see myself anywhere important or reaching goals. I'm kind of a loser like that. I'm trying to make changes, but I'm failing.

Hi there gabdulah!
Well, 5 years from now, I will be 35 years old. By then, I will have my own family. I would probably be operating new businesses and earning more than enough for my family and for some charitable works. I probably would have traveled more countries and have gained more friends.

First, welcome to myot. Our newbies add so much to this already fabulous site!
In five years, I hope to be making preparations for retirement as of December 31. I hope to have decided where to go, as my husband and I really want to go someplace quieter than Miami to live in our latter years. We will have finished another book, and we hope to make a publicity tour into a great vacation. And we hope to have a whole lot more years together to come!

(2) I have at least two kids.
(3) I work from home full time.
(4) I take the kids to school and back.
(5) I have a house somewhere nearer to the city.
(6) I have really fast internet connection.
(7) I'm still on MyLot.

In 5 years time, I want to have my own business, so that i don't need to work for someone else. I also want to save up to travel all over the world. I want my car to be paid off and to have enough money to renovate my house.

Since I'm 62 now, I'd like to see myself as still being alive in five years time. I'll certainly be retired, so I'd like to see myself being reasonably comfortable and not too short of money.

I have my list of goals just like you. Well 5 years from now, I should have finished paying for my car, and I should have been paying for my condo unit. I should have traveled with my daughter in different parts of the country and Asia. I should have been earning more and more not just from my primary job but from my other jobs as well.
