Can you read Musical Notes?

Well, I used to go to piano lessons but I stopped for matters of time and I learned a few but as I never practiced, now I cant.... Maybe I should try the guitar.. jeje

I knew how to when I was nine, but not anymore. I focus more on my guitar so I read tabs almost everyday. The notes are compltely at the back of my mind, lol. I am practicing my keyboard, though. Right now I have to put the actually letter of the chords underneath them until I learn how to read sheet music all over again.

I learned to read music as a child too, gaddulah. I rarely ever play a note anymore, can't seem to find the time. I would love to start playing the piano again (my favorite instrument). I learned to play a few instruments but piano was my very favorite. Thanks for awakening such wonder memories, gabdulah, I do so love to play music.

yes i can read musical score but i never completely master it. i used to learn and practice classical pieces with my guitar. i really liked it. but now i don't get time to do that and i think i have forgotten how to play the pieces. maybe sometimes i will practice that again.

When I was young we had an old piano. I used to play by ear, then took piano lessons. So I can read music, but can play without reading it too. I think it is great to know how to read it as with music all information is useful.

hi, i am a active choir member and i join my school choir for seven years..but i don't know how to read music notes..i found that we can sing without knowing how to read the note although sometimes it might be slower for us to learn the key and pitch.. happy my lotting!
