You got to have Alertpay, E-gold ,Liberty Reserve and other money processor to join. You have to choose between $1, $2 and $4 to buy position. There is no risk involved. If you don't have money you can join for free and refer lot's of people and you will earn referral commission then you can invest your earnings. However it will not guarantee you anything. If you are spending most of your time in front of the computer I can show you two websites that give me money by surfing. Actually all my investment money come from this two sites and including my lot earnings.
