Do you really care what people say about you?

sometimes yes,,,others opinion matters..but as long as they can explain and have a very good reason with their opinion then okey with me...i am open with opinions but with criticism...

For me i dont care what people say about me as long as i did not do anything wrong with there life,I know people love gossip you cannot help it.So you cant control if somebody talk to you negative.I know theres a lot of people who make gossip about me then i dont care and i am not affceted because i did not do anything wrong with them.

I dont care what others think and say about me.There is nothing wrong in listening and respecting those who really influence and cares us.

as you said i do take my own decisions as i feel i am solely responsible for my actions but what others say about me also bothers me.

I don't care what others really think of me. As long that I am not begging money from them for a living I am free to roam my own world. Of course, i respect what are their say about me. As long that it wont hurt or damaged my reputation.

I really care the words people say about you although i don't like admitting,it's a actual that i feel very bad when someone say some bad words about me.It is often consider that you are not confident if you lost confidence when you heard bad words about you.But i know i really care,i must admit,i just do my best for someone give me some high opinion,i think in as much i don't bear the bad words and i must change it to the good words.

I would care only about what my loved ones or family have to say about me. I would take it anything negative as constructive critisicm and give a reaasoning only if I think it requires one. Else I really would not care about it. In fact would not even think or react in some cases.

Not really. I think I am secure enough in myself to know that whether or not people like me or like my choices, decisions or views that at least I am true to myself. I don't make excuses, sometimes I give reasons if they are warranted but I don't need to justify what I do to anybody who has the nerve to ask lol. If I am not asking you, what gives you the right, know what I mean? I believe in the philosophy that I treat others as I'd want them to treat me, that means if I am not excessively nosy, then you shouldn't be. If I respect your right to have a different view, don't rag on me for mine. If you think people should be dressed head to toe in clothing, then you go ahead and do that but I'll wear a bikini if I feel like it, if you think that nobody should be allowed to smoke or drink, then YOU choose not to do it, but don't tell me not to, get it? I might care on the surface what somebody says for a moment, but do I let it change what I do? No.

I really don't care what people will say about me as long as I know that I'm true to myself and I don't hurt anyone.I only would react if I feel like it's too much and they're degrading me as a person.

i do care abt what ppl say abt me, especially the point of view from my best friends, coz i think it's important as sometimes u can't see the consequence of your actions or reactions, and u might need their insights...but, i won't simply change after what they say abt me, becoz 'I'm what i'm', if something abt me is really bad, i will just pay more attention on it, or will b aware of it when i face the same situation next time...

As you I have strong personality and I really do not care what people say about me I care to not hurt people' feelings that I care Val.

we have to listen to what people are saying about us as they are viewing us from their point ( a third party ). sometimes we are blinded by our action, thinking that we are right but it may not be. But i understand which type of people you are refering to .. "MY MOTHER IN LAW" ha ha ha i have a lot of comments on my short hair, on me working, on my cooking, on not being her sons maid, on not having child i normally say i don care .. but deep down in my little heart there is a mark .. actually i do not know how to phrase it but it does hurt even though i don care .. I cant leave it and move on ... because the B...H and the daughters will keep pondering on the issue I too have strong personality , but due to committments and to maintain relationship, i have to be someone else.....its sad being woman ..

it is a good topic,often i think i am so sensitive about what the people say about me,if sb say sth bad about me,i will be very sorry and not happy all day.maybe i am not confident,it is just my shortcoming,i have told me to change ,but it needs time,i will try my best!

I honestly use to care what people thought or said about me but now being a women I dont I feel I am my own person... Im cant please everyone... I do what I feel is necessary and do what makes me happy.. There not many people out there who can say much cause nobodys perfect...

Hey hey Back in school it bothered me when people would talk about my weight . Now that i am an adult i dont care as much . I have learnt that bigger can look just as good . embraced my curves . I have never been one to talk about people or pass around rumors . I respect all the people in my life . I do care if what they say about me is not true . never judge a book by its cover !

Hi, it doesn't matter to me what other people say; unless they tell it to my face, and meant it for my good, I would listen. I've been called fierce, unapproachable, inflexible, cold..etc... and I realise that these are the people who are not allowed into my 'inner' circle. I deal with them professionally (no nonsense),and I don't care what they say or think about me; all I want is that things are done, and problems are solved. I am courteous in my dealings with them but I won't join their gossips, or 'pantry-talk' - a lot of 'cats' around the office!

Well it depends if what they say is for my good. Actually if they keep saying bad things about me I really don't care about it but if what they say could actually do me good then I would stop and listen to it.
