Helium acting up?

The layout shown is quite different from the one I'm used to and it's changed one or two times over the past few hours. I'm guessing I missed an announcement, but the layout changes has made me unable to employ my usual "go to Helium forums to find solution for Helium problem encountered" due to my being unable to find the forums link. Has there been an announcement of some sort?

haven't seen an annoucnement but the site was down for a few hours this morning -
I go to the forums through the community link right at the bottom of the page in small blue writing next to what is helium and user guide

Yes there has been a notice in the community forum news section for several days that a major site upgrade is scheduled for today.
I've just had a quick look and it seems to have a cleaner format now, with some new links and features. It should make it easier to find things, as it was never the easiest site to navigate.
