what's ur reaction towards the poeople who flatter u?

what do u do when u are flattered by someone? tell him/her that u appreciate it,scold their coz u think they are making fun of u or just ignor this? different person will have various reactions,so what's urs?

I really enjoy being flattered. And most of the time I can tell whether it is sincere or not. The people who seem honest really make me feel good about my self and it brings up my self esteem. There have been occasions where I have had a bad day or I felt depressed about some situation and out of the blue somebody says something nice to compliment me and it makes things better.

I ignore it. I have no interest in flattery. My forst thought if they do is "What do you want, really?" Couldn't care less what they do or do not think of me.

so u don't have to worry about the troubles aroused by vanity.most people accept other's flatter coz they wanna be satisfied by these words or actions.

Well.. I guess it would depend. I can tell when someone's lying because of body language etc... but I like it when people say nice things about me because it makes me feel better about myself when I'm upset and I get to know that atleast someone cares. :)

I don't like people flatter me, but I do nothing... maybe just a small smile..
