I'm not 100% sure what you mean by panda eyes.
Me personally, the skin pigment under my eyes is slightly purple/bluish and since I'm fair skinned, they tend to stand out and look like dark circles. I've had that since I was young. If you're like me, then the best thing I can suggest is concealer. I apply it before the foundation, and I use the Avon Smooth Minerals foundation. It does the trick, hiding the difference in color.
I know there are a lot of products out there for dark circles, if that's what you're talking about. Dark circles are generally from lack of sleep and other causes, so getting enough sleep is key. You can also try coldpacks. I used to have a face mask I bought from Pier 1, that you could stick in the freezer for 10 mins, and then strap to you, and it was a teal colored gel thing. It was wonderful for stress relief and supposed to work for dark circles too. I've also seen wands with a giant ball of liquid at the end that you chill and roll under your eyes, to reduce puffiness.
Moisturizers and eye creams can help with other causes of dark circles. I know that there are several companies who sell products that target the dark circles, Avon being one of them. If you have a favorite makeup company, check into the rest of their product line to see if they do skin care. Or, if you have a favorite skin care company, check their product line to see if they carry something to target under eye circles.

Yes, I am talking about dark circles. When got dark circles, looks like Panda. HAHA. Yes, I am fair skinned too as I am asian. I tried coldpacks before, its doesn't really work for me, and I have lost it. HAHA. I apply eye cream before sleeping now. Even if it doesn't help in clearing my dark circles, I hope it will keep wrinkles away from my eyes. Thanks for your tip!

i hate the dark circle while they are around my eyes for 10 years. good sleep is really important. and a cup of milk before sleeping may give you some help. how about your parents?do they have them? maybe they passed them down to you.

Try drinking more water and getting more sleep. I used to have dark circles when I was younger but they went away. The only other thing I can suggest is that when you remove makeup or wash you face, be really really gentle with the eye area as the skin is so delicate there.
Good luck!
