Just what parts do the shirt cover?Have you noticed that the parts covered in women are very provocative to men? That might be part of the answer.
But then who gave men the rights to walk around naked? In essence a person should always cover oneself(irrespective of gender). When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of Eden,God covered their nakedness with long coats made of animal skin.I hope we can learn from that.
Because we should be dressed always (especially in public) and keep our dignity and stature in the community. This argument is ,of course subject to the area/ountry you live in and whether it has become morally acceptable in those communities to walk around thus.

Men are free of exposing the parts of their body, they can. But women are prohibitted to expose certain parts of their body, or women have some responsibilities so they want to follow those as of indian culture so they are not supposed to expose their parts in public.

In some traditions the ladys is topless, they grew up like that and so they are used to it. I think because we are staying in city's and are more between people that is just logic not to go topless. Yes there are holidays and in your own home where you can do it

Hey....even after wearing a shirt women r raped.
So one should not even think of them not wearing one.If they dont wear one it would be rather a fish market.
U can't actually compare men and women....coz what we have they dont n what they have we dont.

I have visited Europe many times and on the beaches it is common for women to go around topless. I agree it is discrimination. In the hot and humid temperatures that the United States is experiencing I feel sorry for the women. Not only can they not take their shirts off they have to wear bras too. That has to be uncomfortable.

I guess it would be considered indecent exposure. Just like a man walking around with his thing hanging out.

I would have women naked all together myself, I do my slave here at the house, Kaotian Lifestyle), she never wears underwear and always has short skirts on for my pleasure, she also has a leash on all times when out and heels at my feet in nadu wen we stop.
Yes naked would be better for me personally but cannot get away with it here in UK.

I guess it depends wich country you live in. I live in Canada and it's legal to go topless, for men or women. I do notice though that even though it has been legal for several years, it's rarely seen. I think women feel they like to keep the surprise a little longer, spices things up for guys if they don't see everything right away. Then it's more fun when you actually do take you top off. At least that's how I see it, just makes things more exciting. :)
