Do you ever make a promise that you know you are not going to keep?

I'll probably be like, "I Don't Know, But I'll Try!" because I don't like to make promises but not do them. I also don't like to swear or give an oath without doing it. I'm honest, but I don't like to disappoint people, so I'll say something like that, and if I can actually do that promise I suppose I will do it.

I frankly cannot tell my loved one's just not to break their heart when they give me some promise!, But Basically i am not a promise keeper! nor do i break my limits!. But seriously i cant keep my promises! I have no control over myself! Yes i can keep my rules alive! which make me feel good I have put some rules for my life which even me myself and i Cant breaK!
