So I have 3 poems on Associated Content under the submission terms it says No Payment/Non exclusive. Then it says under Performance/PV & Pay a total from the 3 poems of $0.27. So am I getting that amount or not? How does it work? I don't get it it. What is the best way to earn money on Associated content? HELP!!!!!

On AC you will see near the top of each article, and on your CP page, how to promote your content. You can bookmark your articles on other sites like Facebook and Digg. This will help increase your page views. You will get paid around the first week of the month following the month you reach $1.50. In other words, if you reach $1.50 by the end of August, you will be paid automatically sometime in the beginning of September.
We can help each other out by checking out each other's work. Post the link to your CP page and I'll take a look at your work. Here's mine:

Well since I am not a resident of US, I can only get Performance payment. This means no body can buy my article. I will only get paid per view. This means that more the number of people visit my page or article, the more I get paid. So you can have a look. You must have got $0.27 since some people read your article. Once you reach $1.50 you can cash out. This is my case. May be yours is similar.

rup described it very well. The more people who read your poems the more you will earn. I also kind of learned the more you have the more you earn too. I've been with AC for a long time and at the moment I make a little over 10 dollars a month with performance payments alone.

No Payment/Non exclusive means that AC didn't give you any upfront money for your work. Which they wouldn't do with poems anyway. The 27 cents is what your poems have earned from performance payments (1000 page views earns you $1.50 until you get higher clout). You will get paid that much as soon as you reach $1.50 which is their minimum payout and then the next month comes.
Making money on AC is not as easy as some places. If you are a US resident the best way to make money on AC is to submit high quality articles in subjects that AC doesn't already have articles on. Make them exclusive and get a better upfront payment. The more you write, the more you earn passively, and the more clout you get. Clout 7 and higher earn extra money per page view and when you get to ten you get $2 per 1000 page views which can be a nice bonus.
All in all, the passive earnings earned from AC are not as good as other locations. Poetry and fiction don't do as well in these sorts of markets. And it takes a lot of writing on the internet to make money. You can see my profile and make money online blog (link found in my profile) for more information on this topic if you are interested.

You alrey recieved good comments on this, I just wanted to add my two cents:)
The "No Payment/Non exclusive describes the way you submitted your work. No payment means you didn't ask for an upfront payment, and the non exclusive means you still have all rights to the work, you can submit it to othe sites or even pubishers.
The 27 cents your poems have earned is kind of in the bank until you reach payout...that is the estimated amount so far.
The best way to earn there is to write articles for upfront payments, and for the calls for content. When you do submit these articles, make sure you select the option to continue to recieve performance payments, this also allows you to keep submitting your work else where...BUT it cannot already be published when you submit.
Does that help any more??
You can check out my CP page and get an idea of some of the work I've done so far...

And I'll check yours out as well.

LIke Helium, your articles on Associated Content will earn you a passive income through page views. The more page views you get, the more you'll earn.
