What is your favorite book series?

My favorites are the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, and the Odd Thomas and Christopher Snow series both by Dean Koontz. The Twilight series has been turned into a movie that will be out December 12th and I can't wait! They haven't turned the entire series into movies just yet. Just the first in the series which is titled Twilight.

Well, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter are pretty much givens. Other series I have enjoyed are Stephen King's Dark Tower Series and Joseph Delaney's Spook series. The Spook series is also in the 8-12 range and whilst the stories are not as deep as Harry Potter they are very absorbing and well crafted. King's Dark Tower Series is a true epic. At times it was very tiring getting through them, a real journey, but definitely worth the time and effort.

I loved hte little house books. The Laura Ingalls Wilder books. That was a really good series. I worked in an Elementary school the year before last and since I had some time to kill I started reading some of the books from that series again. They are such a joy. I loved the books when I was a child and later on really enjoyed the series that was on TV.

I really like The Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon and The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward.

ha! I used to love the RL Stein books! I haven't read any since I was a teen. Honestly, I love Mary Higgins Clark. Her books are awesome. She writes murder mysteries. If you've never read any of her books before, I recomment "Loves Music, loves to dance". That's probably my favorite book right now. :3
