what do you look for when shopping on eBay?

It really depends. I like to window shop on eBay, and depending on my interest at the time, I will look for all sorts of things. Sometimes it is fun to see the memorabilia that is available from my area's past - which people have put up for auction on eBay.

i usually look for stuff i cannot buy around here. like i just got in the mail some guitar pics with a Bible verse on one side and 'pic Jesus' on the other side. there is no where around here that i could find something like that...also, i bought a hello kitty 'fender' guitar pic necklace for my daughter for christmas.

I look for crafts or anything to do with butterflies. I did buy a couple of butterfly items from e-Bay and both were very good bargains. They were wall scounces which I put in the computer room. I don't spend much time searching on e-Bay. Most of my online computer time is spend on myLot.

I usually look at the perfume section of ebay. They have a lot of sellers who have cheap stuff. Plus I also look at bags. I've bought several stuff from those categories... Oh, and dresses as well. I love wearing dresses and I get to find really nice ones here but at a cheaper price.

I look for items I can use for my crafting. I'm always in the market for supplies . I also look for items for my sons. They like to collect Pokemon cards and I can sometimes find the cards they need at a good price on eBay. I've also found some new toys for them. There are still lots of great buys on eBay, but I think those days of bargain shopping on eBay are coming to an end.

I get bored at work, and just start browsing...I can kill a whole day on ebay. hahaha. the only things i usually buy are related to my hobbies and collections. I collect a lot of toys, so I'm constantly shopping for things I'm missing. I also do a lot of Christmas/birthday shopping on there. For family members with collections (snowglobes, cake plates, Mr. Potato Heads, etc), it's easier to find them things they don't have. I've also been known to buy used books and video games from there.

I usually buy thing for my hobbies..but once in a while I wonder into other categories....I have purchases college books for my daughte in law etc....and got a very good deal on used books for her!

I use ebay to find things I can't buy around here like my family loves diet coke stuff and I have found alot of things that are diet coke on ebay. I have also bought my son alot of games for his playstation at some great prices. I don't usually look at clohtes though as you don't know how they will fit.

I think Ebay is way to big to just browse, you could be on there for hours and either find 100 things to buy or nothing at all. I only tend to go on there if I'm looking for something in particular. If I'm thinking of buying a new game or book I will sometimes look on ebay to see if it is cheaper on ther but a lot of the time I will go to a shop on the street - I hate waiting for things to arrive when I buy them on the internet.
