Have you ever worn a wig or tried one on?

When I was little I found my grandma's old wigs and worn them around as part of my playtime. I sometimes wear one as part of a Halloween costume, but never any that look real. My hair was always too long and thick to get up under anything. But I've cut it now, and my hubby kind of wants me to get a few wigs for some CosPlay stuff. I dunno.

Haha, I wore a wig once all day in school, I have hair all the way down my back to my butt, and this wig had it so it barely touched my neck. Everyone was stunned and thought I was a new student. Those who did recognize me gasped and thought it was real, they actually thought I looked better, so I bet they felt awkward when I decided to just freak everyone out and pull it off in class, that was a really funny day. For about a week people came up to me and told me that they swore that I cut my hair.

I haven't really worn a wig to be serious or in my daily life but I have worn a wig as a joke or part of a costume. Wigs look quite humorous on me and it gives a good laugh.
