We had the best chicken last night. I have never had boneless, skinless chicken thighs until then. I know...sheltered life, right?! None of my family really likes white meat, so I always get drumsticks or wings or thighs(bone in). The only problem we have with the bone in thigh is that they are a bit fatty. Well, I accidentally bought bonelss skinless thighs, I am so observant in the grocery store. lol Anyway, we decided to throw them on the grill last night. I just spiced them with a season salt and some pepper, no bbq sauce, but they turned out excellent! We almost always smother our chicken with bbq sauce or a teriaki sauce at the end of cooking. Sometimes my husband will even use melted butter at the end. Not this time and the meat was still moist and flavorful and not fatty at all! My new fav chicken cut. So, what is your fav way to cook chicken on the grill????

I found I love letting it set in some lemon and lime juice, and poking it with a fork to get the juice to go into it and not just on the outside. then toss it on the hot grill and brush it with some pineapple and honey mix as it cooks.

I like to marinate chicken in italian dressing and seasoning for over night then cook on the grill.
