Oh noes! my stomach is huge

i noticed recently that my stomach is gettin huge the rest of me seems normal i use to be able to pull it in cause i always had a pot belly but latley its massive ive done soo many sit ups its untrue,anyone have any iears or flatening a monstrous belly?

try belly dancing dude it will be good hehe.. mens are doing belly dancing now too or try going on gym.. sit ups aren't enough to make your belly small.. i got a big stomach about 3 years ago then dad told me to go gym to reduce it and its now smaller i don't really mind how many times i go to gym for a year as long as my belly will get smaller that time, i will spend even 10 hours everyday (if possible) on gym.

Well, first you ave to do a lot of cardio work. This can be done by just doing jumping jacks or jumping rope, something to get your heart pumping. You must do cardio work in order to see your results. Without it you may have a six pack, but you will most likely not be able to see it because of the layer of fat. So the cardio work will dissolve the fat.

daxus - I'm very thin, and sometimes any weight tends to fall into the middle area, creating a bulge. Sitting up straight at the computer helped me. I also paid attention to the way I was breathing. I found I was expanding my stomach to take in air!
I make a conscious effort to breathe from my lungs, but don't lift your shoulders when you breathe in. Suck in your belly to inhale, and when you exhale, imagining pulling your belly button backwards towards your spine, flattening your stomach even more.
I try to do that several times a day. also, I got up off the floor when it came to exercising time. I bought some 8 pound weights, and learned some standing up exercises that draw your stomach upwards.
Check to make sure you don't have a medical condition if this happened suddenly.
I hope things get better. Oh, if you do ab exercises, make sure you're pulling your stomach in. some women end up with a muscular belly that bulges out!
