Well from what I see from you the lack of sleep and your diet is one of the main cause why you are having acne. Stress on the other hand does cause you to have acne but it is just a contributory factor. I guess doing less of those two main things may lessen you to have acne. Try sleeping early to get enough sleep and maybe lessen your eating fatty foods and try eating healthy foods would greatly help. Also a good hygiene on the face would also help to heal faster. Face washing may also help you from avoiding further infection from your face.
