How much do you get for each thing? posting picture, starting a new discussion, responding to a discussion, etc. And how many of each should I do a day to get to payout?

It really varies with the lenght of your response. You can make as much as two cents per response for 4 lines or more or 1 cent or less if your response is shorter. I dont know if there is a specific amount you get for pictures. If you start a discussion that gets alot of responses you will be paid more also. It pays to have responses and discussions of four lines or so.
