There is a long time for me not here.I feel confused these days not only in life affairs but also in my job.
I just came in this new city.Everything is not mature for me now but my younger brother came too after his graduation.That means I should take more care of him.It makes me crazy. The most important reason is short of money.
While in my job, our company is in danger of bankrupt. While my boss is no ability to master everything.All he do now is how to deal with us and save money from us.So nowerdays I have to find a new job.But he doesnot let me go.If so no one can help him.While he is not a honesty one. My job now is in charge of the foreign trade.The most reason is that I even do not know what I should do next step? Who can give me suggestions?

If you're interested in making money online, I can't give you any suggestions, because I haven't been here long enough. There are many myLotters who have much more experience in that business and could give you much better suggestions.
As for your day job, I don't think your boss can forbid you from leaving the company, unless it's stated in the contract you've agreed when you applied for the job. If you're not happy there, try to find a better job, then leave the company. I know it's hard, but keep trying. Good luck ^^

I think you can contact with the peoples of ministry of foreign affairs of that city. I think they might be help you. It is wondering! Your boss have not the capability to pay you but he is forcing not tolet you go. You can try again to convince him. If his condition is really bad then you can give him support for some days.

Thanks for your kindly reply and suggestions. It has been a year that I have not been here. I have changed my job to a bigger factory. While firstly I intend to start my own business ,the economy crisis is blocking my way. Although in this bad condition I still work hard and try to complete my dream!!

Go to Freelunchroom.com it is an online business site. (it requires some investing). But you have to be over 18 to qualify. their system may seem weird at first but people can make over $500 a month with this (via paypal)
