Well, when people said woman made up of tears, I guess yes I'm the typical one. Every time when any of the characters in the movie started to cry, I'll have wet eyes if it's not too severe...if it's something to do with death, separation, being apart, failure in life or whatsoever...I'm really into the characters, I cried as though I was in them in real life...just can't help with it, I was born being soft hearted. Just imagine, even though I've tried my best not to cry over the movies when I was in cinema, but mostly failed. I ended up sobbing and went out the movie theater with red eyes while other people are like usual. LOL...that's embarrassing I tell you! So, if I'll prefer to watch the sad shows or movies at home. What about you? Do you cry while watching sad movies?

You may surprise for this response. I'm a man but always cry (in fact : wet eyes) if I'm watching a sad movie. I had a bad experience when in my childhood as my parent had to brought me and my siblings from Vietnam to Malaysia ( war immigrant ). My parents was in early thirty at that time, my big brother was 6, me 4, my sister 2 and my youngest brother just 6 months old. We had a tough trip... That's why I became too sensitive about war ect... So when I watch a sad story, I always remember that hard days...

Oh, that tough period must have left you deep scars in your memory, in the sense of unforgettable memory. I think I can imagine how hard was it especially during the age of 4. I think most of the time when the movie scenes are somewhat related to our life or our past, it brings up our memories be it sadness or happiness. We tends to put ourselves into their shoes. Frankly I'm not surprise after reading your post that you are a man, my husband was brought up in a poor family background with his father's passed away when he was 11. There was once we watched a movie with the story of a pity boy living alone struggling for life and having a lot of hardship after his parents passed away. I way crying obviously, busy weeping off tears from my face and clearing my nose with a box of tissue beside me. When I turned to the side, I saw the watery eyes and tears dropping along my husband's cheek, I guess he had recalled something at that very moment as that was the only time I've seen him crying...

That's what I mean. One time my wife laughing at me when she saw me cry... Don't think that only women have a soft hearted. I think the reason is our past sad history

haha, I guess I was like your youngest daughter...whenever there were some touching or sad scene, my brother will bring me a box of tissue. Now, it's my husband's turn to bring me...haha... My mom also used to cry along in the past but lately she seems alright even when I was crying over the movie scene. I think the elder we grow, the more we can control of emotion?
