In many discussion, the subject matter just irritates me. But I am not blaming anyone. it depends on personal choice. Do you ever start or respond to any discussion that is Gross? Or do you avoid it like me? Or you just like to read and leave no response?

Gross can be any other word. If I don't like a discussion, or if it irritates me, I just leave it and go to other discussions. I respect every members right to start any discussion that they like and that is of interest to them. I see some of those discussions that irritates me still have responses so I think others can relate to it. Have a nice day!

i think the 'gross subject matter' is also serves as a 'gimmick' to get members' attention to read the discussion in full... (maybe it works ??..) me.. i'll just read what the writer wants to share... respond or not.. depends...

Depends on one's own definition of gross... for those that i think i gross... i stay away from them... and i try not to start one that other would think is gross... i think some people do this as a form of a joke... but what is funny for others may be offensive to others...

I just avoid discussions that are gross. No sense in replying something you do not agree with.

Hi subha I feel GROSS could be subjective and if I find anything that's gross to me, I would not respond for sure. That's my discretion all the way. I might even start something which is not gross to me but could be to others. So, I try to respect everyone's thoughts unless its very derogatory. Thanks.

I haven't responded to anything gross. Well, I don't think I have. After spending a few months on here I don't remember a lot of posts that I've responded to. I don't think I've posted anything on gross discussions unless someone was asking a question and needed to understand something. Other than that if it's just for silly purposes then I wouldn't respond.

I think it is a choice. I have been told MANY times it is a public space, so I read sometimes and just move on.

it depends on my view of gross. i mean, what's gross for you may not be as irritating for me. it really depends on the subject. if it captures my interest enough, then i will answer it. if not, i'll just read the responses to the question and proceed to the next that is worthy of my response :)
