Why does everyone strive to be "Popular". I am a computer geek with friends that are geeks and i get along fine. When i try to be popular even when i succeeded it isn't much fun. People have more fun at the bottom of the chain.

There are really some out there who always wanted to be in pedestal & be praises by almost everyone. I just want a simple life down there.With nothing to loose nor to be afraid of.
