PayByCash option from RuneScape membership removed???

Hey all,
Recently, Runescape increased its membership prices, fair enough. But I noticed that it has also removed the PayByCash option from the payment options!!! I selected my country as the United States, but still, there was no option for it:(. The option is there in the case of FunOrb though.
Darn, just when i was going to become a member next week. Now I won't be able to use my unverified PayPal account.
Are you facing the same problem?
Note: The PayPal option which you can see in the screenshot only works with verified accounts. For unverified accounts, you had to use PayByCash.

And here I was, thinking about paying for a month of RS2 membership through PayPal. This sucks, because PayPal is the only way I can pay for stuff online at the moment. I plan to get a debit card sometime, but I don't even have any money, let alone a bank account.
Now, verified PayPal accounts are hard to get, I understand.
