Depressed...

I suffer from depression and I can usually keep it under control. Lately, though my depression has gotten worse due to the end of a recent relationship. My depression has gotten so bad that it's actually affecting my health. I really just wanted to know if anyone had any sort of ideas on how to overcome this predicament I'm in and if you know of anything that could possibly reduce the enormous stress I'm under. I really need help.

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations.

what you are going through isn't new. Many people do have this problem, but how you handle it and overcome it is what makes the difference. This stuff could ruin your life.Well i found some helpful tips here www.amazingtouch.blogspot.com

hi firend, i have gotten into depression before too. in one week, i lost so much weight. i don't eat and talk to people, i always cry. what i did, i faced the mirror, came to my senses and said "I AM TOO GORGEOUS TO IGNORE, I ODN'T NEED A MAN TO BE HAPPY!" then i strated to go out with my friends, went shopping and ate chocolates.. it worked for me.. hope it also works for you.. cheer up girl :-)
