Tash talk in the olympics

Hi guys, the olympics started a few days ago and we often read in the newspapers about certain athletes engaging in trash talk. I don't think this should be encouraged in the olympics whose main thrust is to generate goodwill through sports if this is their practice mayber they should practice this kind of sportsmanship somewhere else. What do you guys think?
