You contract the muscles of the scalp around the ears to wiggle your ears. These muscles are called the "auricular" muscles and are attached to the helmet-like scalp tendon both in front (1), above, (2) and behind (3) the ear. The auricular muscles are fastened to the bones and tissues of the scalp on one end, and to the skin around the ear at the other.

No i cannot wiggle my ears. to be honest i havent really tryed. I will keep it in mind though for days when i am completely bored out my brian and have nothing to do. any tips? lol
