Congradualtion, I always welcome a job change as long as it is an advancement. I was in the same boat a few years back. I was in a position with the company I am at now, which I was also promoted to. I Had been in this position for a while and thought I would be there the rest of my life and then all of the sudden I was offered a management position, of course I took it and am now running the accounting division of the company I am with. It is a huge responsiability but it's nothing I can't handle.

i wish to say congratulations to you, hope you to get a promotion.i think account executive and secretary have both advantages.being an secretary, maybe you will have more chance to go together with the boss outside and expand your vision,it is helpful to your work career.account executive may possess a lot of trivial things, and you must be very careful so as not to make a minor mistake.of course, secretary is also challenging, but if you do your part and make your boss satisfied,it will be a good position.best wishes.
