I had painful menstruations until someone told me a trick and that is Iron pills. Everytime I have some pain I just take one iron and the pain goes away. If you think you loose blood so you really need to put it back so here is the trick for you, NO DOCTORS!

I had my first menstrual period when I was about eleven or twelve years old. Admittedly, I used to feel uneasy whenever I go through it. There was even an instance when I was in my fifth grade where I really had a difficult experience because of this. Some of my cousins came here in the city to visit us. Summer vacation had just started. And on one of those days, we had a 'cold refreshments splurge', including ice cream, ice candy (hardened shake in a plastic container), and citrus fruits. I wasn't able to calculate that I was about to have my monthly period then. I kept on eating cold foods and sour fruits (guava in particular) and as a result, my stomach ached and ached. All throughout the summer, I wasn't able to enjoy myself because I was practically in bed. I even thought that I will not be able to attend school the following school year, which was my sixth grade. After almost a month of taking medicines given by the doctor, I got well but I definitely became skinny. I spent the remaining month of the summer getting my healthy body then. I recall the doctor telling me that a guava is more sour than calamansi and my body was sensitive to sour fruits and foods. Now, I don't get those cramps and uneasiness that much anymore ever since my husband and I got married more than five years ago.

..painful menstruation are usually caused by the food you eat prior to the date of your mens.. it is advisable to do flexi exercises in the morning to relax and flex your muscles so that the way of your mens will be open.. it is best to apply hot compress in the area where it hurts and don't take a cold bath for this will make your menstruation more painful.. cold can easily get you when your pores are open.. and don't expose yourself to cold atmosphere.
