If a company have a lady manager then what is effect on employees,on marketing of company if company is new.
Suppose a company has only male employees under a female manger then it is good for company or not.

Now the female has enter into all the fields.. They have that much of potential in the recent days, because they have been educated better than others..
In the olden dys, the females has been assigned to only the kitchen works and household works, but if you see the recent history in india, the State has been rulled by a Women for 5 years as Chief Minister and even our Current Indian President is also a women..
So there is nothing wrong to work under a women boss, if she is really suit for that post..
A qualified person can sit in the right place, if the person may be a male or female.. This is my opinion.
Have a good day.

well i've worked for both female and male bosses. maybe it's just me but i prefer to have a female boss. i'm female myself so there could be other factors. i find male bosses generally are less decisive. also, female bosses tend to feel the need to prove themselves so they take on a lot of tasks themselves. they delegate less and so subordinates generally have an easier time. somehow i only manage to come across one good male boss. even then, he works around the clock and expects the same of us. my female bosses are more understanding and will not expect us to work overtime if we have family commitments. so i think a lady manager will do the company good. cheers ;p
