Work Study program at College

Has anyone been in the work study program at your school? I would like to know more about it to see if that would be something my son might consider doing while at tech school. Please share your experiences if you have done this. Thanks.

Tell me more if you can. Like did you get full pay, was it more volunteer or what? Really curious as to how it all works. Thanks.
