what is meant by 800 MHz FSB ? what is that ? anymore high value in FSB or 800 MHz is sufficient ?

Well, what exactly do you want to do? 800 MHz is the carrier frequency. FSB is a side band. What sort of transmission do you want to do? Are you looking at buying a radio or what?
