They have a detailed instructions in there in order to rent
a referral. But I would suggest you to read it first and understand
the process before proceeding.
The way I understand it, you need to be active or online also in order
to earn from your referrals, so I was thinking that it has an effect if
my rented referrals have different time zone than mine. Since in order to earn
from them, I need to be online too, but I could not do it if we have different time zone.

Can you leave your computer turned on all the time? Does that consider online?

I'm rarey online in neobux and my account grows. I spend just 10 mins, 1-2 login a day there and I earn $2.00-$2.50 a day. I don't think being online helps or adds to your income. You could only purchase referral every 7 days. As far as I know that's the only condition. Hope this helps.

If you are Golden member, it's random time to launch referals.
I didn't sure about that, I used to see topic in their forum but didn't read.(I am Pioneer)
Golden member always rich and they bought very fast.
So it's sold out fastly and hard to rent for less active gold member.
But if you are standard or pioneer, you can rent any time that you want.
No sold out for us :) Just want your money in renting balance and next 7 days after last rent.
