I don't know where i heard this- loose weight by eating much. I don't know the food's name which may be helpful for loosing weight. In our country, Cucumber is very popular for this. Do you know any food for lossing weight?

Well, I am not familiar with such foods but I do agree that there are certain foods that will eventually help you lose weight. Considering that what we eat will eventually affect our body as well as our health, eating foods that are less in fat and full of fibers will obviously help us in our goal to lose such unwanted fats. Some people tend to have fruit diet and swear that they have lose weight. But I think the most important of all is discipline.

Well, if you eat small meals often, you actually increase your metabolism, since your digestive system is constantly working on burning food. Also, if you change your diet so that you eat healthy -- more raw fruits and vegetables, and more foods loaded with fiber -- then you will lose weight, regardless of how much of these healthy foods you eat.

Soulfly - there's always fad diets going around. Let's see - cabbage soup, as much as you want, but nothing else a low or no carbohydrate diet and eating celery.
Those are the three food things I remember. Everyone learns, eventually, that the only way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you burn. And exercise.
I never heard about a cucumber diet, but I do like cucumbers!
