How do you care for your teeth? how much time do you spend on them every day? I have a routine i do so i would say I spend a good 10 minutes or more on taking care of my teeth at night. First i brush my teeth with my power tooth brush (philips sonic care flexcare) but i only brush the bottom parts. I won't go by my gum-line because it is too rough on them and was causing my gum-line to start receding so i stopped brushing by my gums with my power tooth brush but after i brush them I floss my teeth and once i am done doing that.. I will brush my teeth again with my regular tooth brush which is an oral B with gum massager's and then I will clean my tongue with my tongue cleaner and I use mouth wash a couple hours later. I do it right before i go to bed since I know i am gonna be drinking stuff still.. and in the morning i probably spend 5 minutes. I just give them a nice brush over and use mouth wash. what about you?

Pretty much the same as you do, but I have an Oral B with the spin brush on half of it and my periodontist says that's the best one for me. I let it brush each tooth for 7 seconds and let it spin at the gumline to clean out the food pockets, on his recommendation. And I floss. Unwaxed floss and work it up and down until I can hear it squeak, per my dentist! At odd times during the day I'll pick up a little plastic "brush" and run it between my teeth to get the plaque out. I have a tooth that has the gum receded nearly to the bone from years of not being able to afford a dentist and not knowing how important flossing was. My dentists always just told me to do it and not that my gums would recede because of plaque turning to tartar. So I'm very careful about it now and use the little brushes when I'm writing or reading a book or watching tv.

I don't go through nearly as much as you do. I brush them in the morning and since I have a couple of implants because of broken teeth from a seizure related broken jaw, I floss after eating certain things throughout the day. Before going to bed I brush, floss and use a special cone shaped brush to get between where the implants are. I always get very good exam results from my two visits a year to the dentist.
