You can try KeyForCash.com it appears to have no charges and came from a reliable source in one of the forums I'm in. I cannot register as I'm not in the US. Feel free to post results.

I tried some and was scammed. Be very careful before you join. Do not trust anyone that asks for money. Some I heard were free but they did not pay you after getting the job done.
