multinational vs national company?

Hi all, i am a freshgraduate. Right now i'm looking for a job. oftenly people say "you better find job in multinational company rather than national company". The reason is because multinational companies have a lot of experience. But in my country there are many national companies which have good reputation and they are seem as good as multinational companies. Can you give me what factor i must consider to choose between national or multinational company, example the company management. thx,
