I have. After a nice long jog it feels so good and Im not big on stretching, its no my favorite, but the few poses I know really work for my achy back in the shower and stretching in the shower doesnt feel like punishment.

yea singing in the shower is great because you get that echo from the tall walls and if your like me you would see your singing as even better but dare not tell anyone you thought that, lol

Hmm, yes. I do a lot of weird things, and I can blame it on my overactive imagination. Even at the age of 18, I still like to pretend. Sometimes I like to think that I am in a rain forest, and I pretend that I am going through one. Sometimes I will snap out of it in the middle of doing something, and laugh at myself. Last time, I was swatting at some of the rain forest bugs to keep them out of my face, and when I snapped out of it, my hands were out in front of me, finishing the swatting process.

lol, that sounds fun. I see 'stars', you know the white spots, alot when I take showers but nowhere else, dont know why that is, so maybe i could try swatting at them, a good imagination i think is healty, especially when put to contructive use.
